1. Introduction
This policy describes how users can delete their Graphikam account and how we handle data deletion, in compliance with GDPR, EU, UAE, and Indian DPDP laws.
2. Deletion Process
Users may follow these steps to delete their account:
- Open the app’s drawer menu.
- Select "My Profile".
- Go to "Account Details".
- Tap "Delete Account" and confirm.
3. Data Collected & Stored
During registration and usage, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, and activity data, which are stored securely in our systems.
4. Confirmation & Timeframe
After you confirm deletion, we will schedule removal. The deletion process (i.e. permanent removal) will be completed within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
5. Exceptions & Retention
Some data may be retained beyond deletion for legal, tax, billing, or fraud prevention purposes, but will be isolated and used only as required by applicable law.
6. Your Rights & Requests
You can request account deletion or data export. To do so, contact us at info@graphikam.com. We may verify identity before processing requests.
7. Compliance & Legal Basis
We process deletions and data handling in compliance with GDPR, EU regulations, UAE data protection law, and India’s DPDP Act. We also maintain audit logs or metadata if required by law.
